Flex does not display Chinese characters?

I just got my flex set up and noticed that it does not display Chinese characters on my YouTube app. My ex gf had one at my house before and it worked just fine. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi there, @DC1989. I have not run into any other customers reporting this same issue. Let's get it figured out together! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as toggling to another language and back to Chinese, signing out and back into the YouTube app, clearing locally stored data from the Flex box, or sending a refresh signal?

@XfinityRay​ I went into the Xfinity store today to ask about this issue. They gave me a new Flex and it works fine now. Was told that the Flex I received was a older generation one
