Flex crashing

I see this thing crashing is a non-stop problem.  What's being done and why isn't this fixed by now?

If your box is frequently crashing or restarting, it is likely due to some underlying issue. Sometimes poor signals or a damaged device. So I had this problem and was able to fix it by going to device settings and switching it from the highest possible resolution down to 720p. Probably works with the 2nd option which is 1080p but not automatic highest resolution option. Hope this helps
