I, for one, have tendency to get frustrated with any piece of tech that isn't working correctly, so I'm sorry you haven't been able to get your Flex box to work. You're in the right place for help! We appreciate that you've already taken some steps to try to get it up and running. It sounds like you've tried rebooting the Flex box multiple times, but have you also tried rebooting your modem/gateway or tried connecting using the WPS buttons on the Flex device as suggested on our support page here?
