Flex box

Seems like a common trend but I also am getting calls and texts to return a flex box that I never got. What are next steps? I already talked with someone from customer service who said she would put in a ticket to help me out. I don’t have the flex box and never wanted one. This is absolutely absurd and I will avoid xfinity at all costs.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
