Flex box software upgraded to 51.0.0 and account information is not available

Flex box software upgraded to 51.0.0 (STB version: SCXI11BEI_6.6p16s1-PROD_sdy) several days ago. Since this upgrade, account information is not available.

• On the main My Account selection: Account Details displays a screen with no account information.
• On the Accessibility Settings/My Account selection: the same screen as described above, also appears; Billing and Payments displays an app error (APPS-04020) and the selection for Data Usage, disappeared.

Attached are photos of the corresponding screens. Note that restarting the box or running a System Refresh, does not correct this. Kindly inform your software developers. Thank you.
