Flex Box + Samsung Smart TV

I have had Flex for a couple months and it's performed perfectly with my Samsung Smart TV. However tonight, my Samsung will not recognize the Flex is connected. Then I connected my laptop to the Samsung through the HDMI cable and no problem.  I connected the Flex to an external monitor, and it shows up on the monitor.  Does anyone know if there was a recent update to the Flex that could have created a conflict?  TIA...

Dealing with the same issue too. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. My new Samsung TV automatically recognized my Roku but will not recognize the Flex.

Hello @user_364f1c, thank you for reaching out to us! We will be happy to help with the issue that you're having with your Flex box. When you hook up your Flex box, do you just get a black screen or any type of error message? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
