Flex box problems

Hi, my flex box keeps going to a full green or blue screen and I have to unplug the hdmi and plug it back in to fix the issue. This only sometimes works. It also frequently stops working and the remote makes a terrible high pitch noise constantly. What can be done about these issues?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your flex box. I would be frustrated as well!

Box has been better but the remote is so annoying we have to take batteries out of it all the time when not in use.
