Flex box not working
Every time I try to use the flex box, the screen goes black. I tried resetting it, unplugging it and plugging it back in, and switching the HDMI port, but nothing fixes it. I probably need a new box, but contacting an actual person at Xfinity is nearly impossible.

Hello and welcome to Comcast @MajesticAmy84. I am sorry to hear that your FLEX box is not working. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. Now you can either go to an Xfinity store near you and swap it out or we can ship you another FLEX box.
