Flex box not turning on stuck at home screen

Started my flex the box flashed three times then solid for a few seconds then flashed 18 times.then went black. My tv says welcome and the other bienvenido shit and has been like this every time I tried to restart or refresh. I’ve switched hdmi ports checked power cords and outlets. My remote when you push a button is green and then red. And doesn’t seem like it’s from my end. It’s also very annoying as I have people coming over for football and can not actually watch. Very annoyed.
