Flex box not on my equipment list therefore I can't return it

I recently changed to just internet and refused the offer of the free flex box.  The device still showed up but I have not activated it.  I need to return this.  Where can I get a return receipt???

I am sorry to hear that you received a FLEX box after mentioning that you didn't want one. You have reached the right place, and I am happy to address this concerns for you. Now you can actually drop it off at a local Xfinity Store near you which can be located by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. Another option is UPS, we have an agreement with them where you can go to their store and drop it off as well.
