Flex Box not connecting

Trying to watch the parades this morning, the Flex box will open to the welcome screen (Welcome, Bievenido, Bienvenue) then change to three dots cycling through and then end saying error.  Restart equipment.  I've done this three times now.  It does not appear to be loading the Guide.  It has been cycled re-started 3x and un-plugged waited and then restarted 2x.  Any suggestions on getting it connected?  It still shows on my account.

@user_45e1z9 Try unplugging your cable modem for a few minutes, then plug back in. If using a separate WiFi router, unplug that also. But don't plug that back in until the cable modem is online. Also unplug the Flex box while doing this. Then plug that back in after the modem/router is back online. Hopefully that helps.

Did.  No change after those steps.  Remains the same error after the Welcome window....XRE-00002

@user_45e1z9 You'll need assistance from an Xfinity Support person in this forum to troubleshoot further. Wait until they ask you to direct message them. Or you could call 800-934-6489 or try online chat support.

Thank you.  Online chat support seems to be AI and it was useless - to be generous.
