Flex box no longer works

I tried plugging the Flex box into a tv. I goes to the welcome screen but then cuts to black. The white light on the box is still on but nothign else works and nothing happens.

I've had the same issue since I first tried to set it up.  Just doesn't work.

Nobody seems to have an answer for us.

Can you try pressing the WPS button on the bottom on the box?  This should try and connect your device to a wifi signal.    Are you using a comcast leased modem or do you own your modem?

Mine was going through set up and finished "optimizing for surround sound " went black then no hdmi signal. Unplugged and came back to welcome screen, then went dark like yours then back to no hdmi signal. Have to cycle power and same thing. Impossible to get help from comcast as can't get to correct person!!!!!

I have the same issues. Mine worked for a month and just quit working. I called 1-800 Xfinity but they couldn't fix it. Seems these things are garbage and comcast doesn't want to fix it.

I have a ROKU and it works fine. If I can't get the issue fixed or a new box then Comcast I will just go back to just having Internet.

I had the same issue, where when I plugged the flex box into my android smart TV. One day it just showed a black screen. But then I realized the issue wasn’t the box, it was the TV. I rebooted the TV and it worked, it seems like the flex box is just fine, it’s just the TV’s fault. I don’t know if it helps.
