Flex box has become unusable
I have an Internet 1200 plan and my Flex box either blacks out and then reverts to the home screen after about 20 or 30 seconds, or continually pauses or stutters during shows. I just had this happen 6 times during a 1 hour show and gave up in frustration. Both the Flex box and the modem have been rebooted, and the scanning tool on the app does not detect any problems. I have not had any other Internet connectivity problems. The Flex box is 15' away from the modem.
