flex Apple TV+

​I have two Flex boxes and signed on to Apple TV+ on the first without incident but the second one has the problem others have identified, ie Apple logo then black screen.  Rebooted the device with the same result.​

Hello @Wasmurray thank you for reaching out to Xfinity through our Forums! We appreciate you creating a public post regarding your Apple TV issue. Let's get this figured out. 

 

I appreciate you sharing that rebooting the device didn't resolve the issue. Have you had a chance to uninstall, and reinstall the Apple TV app on the Flex Box yet? If not, could you please give that a try, and let me know if that resolves the issue?

@XfinityChristian​ I am not able to figure how to uninstall an app on the Flex Box.  I was able to resolve the issue by clearing the cache but that removed all login information on almost all apps.  However, being able to uninstall an app and reinstalling is a much better option in the event this happens again in the future.
