Feedback on FLEX tv box
First of all, it's been awful to get a customer service representative over the phone, the main menu makes us go around in circles and then i tried chatting instead. But many representatives i spoke to are not able to help me. What i want is just to give a feedback about the Flex tv so the developers of it fix the issues and release a new software update. So here is my suggestions: first create a feedback option in your website or through the device itself about your products, so i dont have to post it here for another representative who is not going to be able to help me to read. This message should be sent directly to the software engineers because they will know what im talking about.
Second: in settings, there should be an option to update the software/firmware like there is in other operating systems like iOS, android, etc.
Third and the primary reason why im writing this: some apps doesnt have the LOGIN button. Only SUBSCRIBE button, and i already tried hitting subscribe to see if after that they will give me an option to login, but instead they start a new subscription on an app that i already pay for it. That's not what i wanted. Because i had to call in and cancel the subscription payment on the app that i already pay for. So the apps that i've seen so far that there is no way to login are GAIA and History Vault. Other apps like Hulu, Netflix, Amazon music, YouTube and Prime video, i had no issues to login at all. The Login was there for those apps. So create a Login option for Gaia and History Vault as well.

Thanks for the feedback. Re: your app login question, currently, those two networks are not app-based on the platform yet, they still require a subscription and you can watch their content once you are subscribed. With your software/firmware question, we push those to your device during the nightly reboot process, this way we ensure you have the latest and greatest updates without having to manually update them.
