Extra Flex received


I already have a flex box from previous plan, and got my bill lowered. And now I was sent another flex box which I don’t need. Can I send it back?

Easy peasy! You are able to drop it off locally with a UPS Store or any one of our Xfinity Store locations. Sorry for the mix-up on that 👍
