ESPN on Flex

Hi,

I have the Flex box, working very well but not for ESPN3. When I’m trying to access a content provided by ESPN3, there is this error message “This content is not available for your package or region” and is going to ESPN app instead of ESPN3 one.

Sometimes, I also get the error message code APPS-04036 probably noticing me that ESPN3 app is crashing on Flex device.

I spent one hour with the Indian support but they were continuously telling me that I need ESPN subscription to access to the content I wish (ESPN3…) while a week ago I could access without any issue. Maybe it is related to my moving into a new house but it is only a mile away from the other house.

Helps are much appreciated.

Hello, @user_c89f47 I am so sorry to hear that you are having troubles accessing ESPN3 from our Flex box. Thank you for moving our services with us to your new home! We will get this fixed with you. Have you tried to manually restart your Flex device?
