Errors code ENT-22013

I have to restart the device every single time I use it why am I paying for this garbage that Xfinity will not or cannot fix?

I would love to dig further into this error message and get to the bottom of this with you. Can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
