Error Message - Token Needed for ESPN+

Good Morning,

we are receiving an error message when trying to stream ESPN+ through Hulu Bumdle. Please confirm how we can fix.

Are you using an Xfinity X1 set-top box to access the streaming service or using a personal device? If using an Xfinity X1 set-top box, I recommend visiting out 'Clear locally stored data on X1, Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, and Flex' support page to help clear the local storage cache. This should allow you to log in to the app and see if it loads properly. 

 

Could you please give this a try and let us know if you are able to successfully enter the ESPN+ App?
