Error Code ENT-22013

I have tried troubleshooting, restarting the flex device, as well as my router and I still receive this error when trying to do anything on my Flex TV box, is there any way to fix this? It randomly started today even though I used it last night and there wasn’t any power outage today.

This has been a larger known issue that we're working to fix, but I'd like to see if we can run some targeted troubleshooting to see if we can get it resolved for you.
