Error code ENT-22013

I have tried to reset the flex and the gateway and am still getting this alert or code. ENT-22013 How do I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @user_13124d! I am sorry to hear you keep getting this error when attempting to use the Flex box. I can't imagine the frustration you are feeling. This error normally means a software problem has occurred and the fix is to unplug the box and plug back in. You mentioned resetting the box, have you tried unplugging the box? Thank you for going through some troubleshooting step already. I will be on standby if that does not solve the problem.
