Clearly tons of people on the official blog having the same problem and I couldn't find a single person getting a solution by restarting etc. .. same here. Can anyone tell me an actual solution??

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and would be happy to investigate and find a resolution. Are you still getting error ENT-22013 on your Flex Box? If so, can you please try to perform an account refresh to see if this helps?
