I keep getting error code ent-22013 on my flex device. I have tried unplugging and restarting multiple times

I enjoy watching TV at the end of the day to relax so I'd be frustrated if my box was not working. This error normally means a software problem has occurred and the fix is to unplug the box and plug back in. Thank you for going through that step already.
