Ent22011

Like many others posting right now, I am receiving the ENT22011 error code on my flex box. All attempts to correct the issue myself have been exhausted with no luck. I have refreshed, unplugged for 30 seconds, and reconnected to wifi. Please assist ASAP.

Good Morning @user_1bf9e1 ! We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention and letting us know that you have also been impacted by the ENT220011 error on your X1 or Flex box equipment!
Our teams had been made aware of the incident, and have worked around the clock to get to the bottom of the issue to get it resolved! At this time, we are indicating that there should be no further trouble in utilizing your services to their fullest!
Can you confirm if you are still having any trouble? And if so, we ask that you please remove the power cord from the back of the box for at least 20 seconds before plugging back in and rebooting to test since the resolve has completed.
We look forward to hearing from you!
