Hi there @user_4c0d22 Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out to Xfinity on Forums. I hope you are having an amazing day so far. I do apologies for the issues that you are having with your TV services. The issue with the flex box was a known issue that our engineers did work on and resolved. Please let us know if you are still having issues with your equipment.

We thank you for taking the time to let us know that you also had experienced the ENT error on your X1 or Flex box.
As mentioned above by my awesome teammate, this was something that had been reported and brought to the teams attention and through all the hard work, and reports made, we were able to get the appropriate parties involved to get this fixed! 
Can you confirm if at this time, you are experiencing any further trouble, or if all seems to be going good once again!
