I do apologies for the issues that you are having with your TV services. The issue with the flex box was a known issue that our engineers did work on and resolved. As mentioned above by my awesome teammate, this was something that had been reported and brought to the teams attention and through all the hard work, and reports made, we were able to get the appropriate parties involved to get this fixed!
