ENT-22010 often

This happens way too often. 2-3 times per week. It’s appears to always be first thing in the morning. What could be causing this to happen so often? And I can never successfully try again. I always have to unplug and plug back in. Very frustrating

Hello @user_99e7bf I am dissapointed to hear you are frequently having trouble with the Flex box. This error you are receiving is due to a connectivity issue. Do you seem to be experiencing any issues with your internet connection as well?

@XfinityYvonne I have two boxes in my home and it only seems to happen with one of them. But it happens several days in a row then will be fine for a while.

Hi @user_99e7bf, I'm sorry to hear about your error. Typically, error ENT-22010 is related to a connection issue between your box or your internet.

Have you checked all the connections to your box and modem to ensure everything is finger tight and secure?

Do you have any splitters or additional devices connected such as a router.

Have you had the opportunity to reset your devices such as unplugged the box and your modem both for 30 seconds?

Have you checked your connections to the HDMI cord? Have you tried using a different port or a new cord to see if this one needs replacing?
