DVR no longer recording or showing scheduled programs

As if last Friday, my DVR quit recording scheduled programs and the s he filed programs tab is empty.  I can’t reset the shows up because it still shows it is set up to record in the show.  Five chats, a call and a new Zumo box had not fixed the issue.  What do I do now?
