Do I have to wait for the Flex box to activate Peacock Premium?

Can I access Peacock Premium before the Flex box shows up? I added flex onto my Xfinity account today and was hoping to turn on Peacock Premium. However when I try to link my accounts in Peacock website it says my Xfinity account doesnt include Peacock Premium.
