@user_fcy4gj For troubleshooting, try this first; Unplug the Flex box. Unplug your cable modem, wait a minute and plug modem back in. Once powered up and online, plug in the Flex box. Did that help?
I just replaced the entire thing with a new one. Now I’m having billing issues and what suck you can’t fix the problem at the store site where I got the dam thing
@user_fcy4gj What exactly is the billing issue your are having that couldn't be fixed at the store? Is this something to do with accessing your account information on the new box?
