Can’t log into MGM+ with my existing account

I have the Xfinity flex box. I tried to log into my existing MGM+ account but there is no option to sign in. The only option is to subscribe which why would i subscribe twice? Also side note, each time i click “subscribe” it gives a different price for what Xfinity will charge me. Seems really predatory and I don’t think I’ll continue service if I can’t sign into my apps.

@user_e7f5vi According to our Xfinity Flex article about adding premium subscriptions, there is a note that states: If you receive the channel through Xfinity (such as the linear broadcast channel(s) and On Demand content), it may not include access to the app. If it isn’t included, you may need to purchase a subscription separately through that channel to access the app content.
I would assume this works in the opposite way as well in your case. If you've purchased the app through the MGM+ website or another vendor that offered a discount on their streaming service, it would not work through your Xfinity Flex box as that requires a subscription directly from that broadcaster and appears to be the case in your situation.

I don't understand this answer.  You seem to be saying that there is no way for me to access apps that have nothing to do with Xfinity on my TV that is internet capable.  That's can't be true.  I log into my personal Netflix account with no problems.

Are you saying I have to get out of the "Xfinity" capability on this TV and somehow get back to the "Raw" capability of my internet-connected TV in order to get to a regular app store and access the normal MGM app?

user_1dhux1 Are you accessing the App through the Xfinity Flexbox? Or through your Smart TV? Are you paying for the MGM App as a separate subscription? Or are you subscribing to the service through us? My peer is just setting the expectation that if you receive the channel through Xfinity (such as the linear broadcast channel(s) and On Demand content) it may not include access to the MGM App. If that's the case, you may need to purchase a subscription separately through that channel to access the app content.

None of these responses by the Xfinity Employees are actually addressing the problem.  I also have the issue that I cannot access my MGM+ account (purchased separately) because there's no where on my Flex account to sign into MGM+.  I TRIED to purchase it through Xfinity Flex account, but it tells me the purchase cannot go through (gives me ENT-2201).  So,... what is the problem?

user_vi6a3z Have you ever been able to access your MGM+ account on the Xfinity Flex device?
