No matter what I do, I can’t get past the language screen. I’ve paired and unpaired the X16 remote. Pushed the WP buttons on both the Flex Box, and the modem. Still just a language screen.

Are you pointing the remote directly at the front of the device? Are you able to scroll up and down but the OK button won’t work?
Yes. I’ve literally stood right in front of the box. But through tech support, and all their resets, they did something on their end, and found out that the box is defective.
