cant add on flex to my internet????

everytime i try to add on it says error contact customer support??? whyy and there is no phone number its useless trying to talk to the automated messaging service.....hellppp

If an employee doesn't respond to your message here, call them at the phone number on your bill, or 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489) or 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278), or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. Or schedule a callback at https://www.xfinity.com/support/schedule-callback/.

Hello @user_b95fb0 and thank you for reaching out to us on the Xfinity Support Forums. @BruceW beat me to it, but our main support number is 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) or 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278). While the automated system can be a bit infuriating (I have a lisp so sometimes it doesn't understand my request) it is designed to connect you with the correct department for your request. We have dozens of departments, with hundreds on staff in each one, and without knowing the intention for the call, you would be incorrectly routed. We also have a few other ways to connect with us through our Contact Us page.

 

Otherwise, we have a number of helpful Official Employees who are trained across all aspects of our business that would be more than happy to assist with your request. We'd love to help getting you the Flex service for your account. =] Send us a direct message and we will respond as soon as possible, I'll leave details below on how to get connected with one of us.

 

To send a direct message:

 

Please only send a direct message when requested by an official employee--sending a chat when not requested may result in the chat being lost given the high volume of chat requests received daily.

 

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link: https://comca.st/3kjb6j1
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.

@XfinityBrie : The number you listed for 1-800-XFINITY is incorrect. "IT" is "48", not "84". Please edit your post to correct this.
