Can’t access Apps & Subscriptions Management

I get an error message when trying to access Apps & Subscriptions on my Flex box. I need to cancel my Starz subscription but I can’t access the menu!

Currently, that section is for apps subscriptions only like Hulu.  Unfortunately, you'll need to contact customer support to have it removed from your account.  We are working on building out that section to allow customers to add and remove all services over time.
