Cannot access any apps, have to restart box

Every few days I cannot access apps and tv channel icons are missing on my guide. I get an error, for instance, if I try to go to Netflix that says it cannot connect. I haven’t had this problem with my other 2 TV’s. I switched out the wireless box for a new one and it is still doing it. If I go to the “Apps” menu, they are all just gray boxes. The only thing that fixes it is a reboot of the box. This is annoying. How do I fix this??
