Cancelling subscription through flex

I subscribed (extremely easily) to HBO through flex. There are zero options to cancel or get rid of subscription. Not through xfinity, flex or hbo. I tried to follow someone else’s post about the same thing happening with showtime but didn’t work. Need help extremely frustrating. Ty

If you still find yourself having issues trying to cancel HBOMax, feel free to click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

@XfinityMichaelC​  I have tried all suggestions from Xfinity  and I have no option for subscriptions on my Xfinity flex.  How can I remove amc+? Why do we have to call you for every change.

I can’t seem to figure out where or how to cancel ANY KIND of subscription through xfinity & I do not want to call them. They try everything to not connect you to a live person including telling you repeatedly you need to make a payment when your bills not even due for another week… by the time I get someone I’m so overly irritated I go Bizet on the phone or hang up. Def doing my research into ANY other company.

If you tried out the steps in the link listed above and cannot remove the subscription please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
