Cancel Starz

My son accidentally signed up for Starz on our Flex through Xfinity but we already have Starz directly through Starz. How can we remove the charges on Xfinity?

@user_b6efa9 thank you for reaching out to us through our forums. Accidents happe, I would highly recommend placing a purchase pin on your Flex box this helpful link https://comca.st/3mBLbUZ will guide you through that set up. I would need full access to the account to further help remove the Starz subscription from the account. Please follow the steps below to send us a DM with your full name and address. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
