Cancel Starz

My son accidentally signed up for Starz on our Flex through Xfinity but we already have Starz directly through Starz. How can we remove the charges on Xfinity?

Accidents happe, I would highly recommend placing a purchase pin on your Flex box this helpful link https://comca.st/3mBLbUZ will guide you through that set up. I would need full access to the account to further help remove the Starz subscription from the account. Please follow the steps below to send us a DM with your full name and address. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
