Cancel Starz via XFinity Flex – Existing information not working

I need to cancel Starz on my XFinity account immediately. The subscription was made on my XFinity Flex device, and there is not a visible way to unsubscribe on that device. Existing posts on this forum seem to have been rendered inaccurate since they were posted or accepted as solutions. Thank you.

Hello @cmcstusr1993, Thank you so much for letting us know about your STARZ cancelation issues you are having. You are in the right place and I am happy to take a look at your account and remove STARZ from your account.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
