Hi, @user_026584. Thank you for reaching out! I see you'd like some help with cancelling AMC+. They really do have a lot of great content, but I get things can change. We can always help make any adjustments you need as a result. Have you already tried to unsubscribe using the Flex device? This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/subscribe-unsubscribe-from-isvod covers the steps needed. Have you run into any problems trying from the device?

I have a similar issue with trying to cancel AMC+ and Starz on my account. I actually never signed up for either of these through the Flex device or on my Xfinity account but apparently I have been getting charged for them for months. I have tried all of the troubleshooting but I can't cancel or remove them from my bill on my own.

I also checked all of my emails I did not sign up for these streaming services separately or ever connected them to Xfinity Flex device. To clarify, I looked for self-service options in Xfinity My Account and found no way to cancel or remove them myself. And the Apps and Subscriptions settings on the Flex itself says I do not have any these active subscriptions.

I hope someone can help me asap because this is so frustrating.

@user_0596a8 Thanks for reaching our, sorry to hear that you are having trouble making changes to your services. We can help with this situation. If you can please send a direct message with your name and complete service address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
