Cancel AMC+ subscription

I need to cancel my AMC+ subscription. I signed up for it a few months back and now I have watched the series I wanted to. When I signed up, it was through the Xfinity app on my Xfinity Flex box. Now that I need to cancel the subscription for AMC+, there is no option to do that from the app. Why is it so unclear? Can you cancel the AMC+ subscription from my Xfinity account now?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Hi there @user_1c746b. Thank you so much for reaching out to us about not being able to cancel your AMC+ subscription. Now there are some Internet Subscription Video On Demand channel on your TV Box that can be unsubscribed via the TV box. On this link (https://comca.st/3xuTSq9), it will give you a list of channels that you can unsubscribe strait from your TV box.
