Cancel AMC+ subscribed from Flex

Hi,

I subscribed to AMC+ on my Flex but now I would like to cancel it. Can you assist me with this?

Edit: to clarify, I looked for self-service options in Xfinity My Account and found none. The Apps and Subscriptions settings on the Flex itself says I have no active subscriptions. When I searched this forum for similar issues, I saw that Xfinity Support asked the users to send them a private message so I am hoping to start that process.

@XfinityMorgan​ Good evening, I just purchase my equipment and it appears that I'm signed up for AMC. I already have AMC so I don't need to pay for it twice. Therefore, I want it remove from the Flex account. If I can get some assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
