Can not cancel Peacock Premium on flex
I have free Peacock Premium through Xfinity. With the free premium ending I would like to cancel the subscription. I follow the online instructions, however, on the flex box apps it tells me I have no subscriptions? If I go to Peacock website it tells me to cancel through Xfinity. So at this point I have no way to cancel the subscription. Can someone help me understand how to do this.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Please include your full name and service address.
Press Enter to send it
