Can not cancel Peacock Premium on flex

I have free Peacock Premium through Xfinity.  With the free premium ending I would like to cancel the subscription.  I follow the online instructions, however, on the flex box apps it tells me I have no subscriptions?  If I go to Peacock website it tells me to cancel through Xfinity.  So at this point I have no way to cancel the subscription.  Can someone help me understand how to do this.

Frogtree1999  Thank you for reaching out. Your free subscription would roll over to free content on Peacock as of the affected date and you would have the choice to sign up and pay for the subscription at that point, but we can certainly look into your account. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Please include your full name and service address. 
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityShan​ When I called support the other day about another issue, support said there was no "FREE" Peacock after the cutover date, one of the emails said that in order to resubscribe to Premium Peacock , just say "Peacock " into the voice remote, now my wife likes using the voice option, so the question is, will that automatically re-subscribe us or just access the free stuff?
