Cable Box on Reset Loop

Tried turning the TV on, but looked like the boxx just needed to be reset. Checked all cables to make sure plugged in, made sure input was correct. The TV starts on the Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue, sits there for a few minutes, then begins to restart, doesn't get past 50% usually, screen goes black and we're back to the Welcome Bienvenido. Bienvenue. This is on a constant loop, I've been trying to troubleshoot, restart, reset evverything. I've unplugged everything and left it for a few minutes before plugging back in. Nothing seems to be working. Any help or advice on how to fix this would be greatly apprecaite!

Are you able to connect your Flex device to your modem via ethernet?  Do you own your modem or lease from Xfinity?

Same thing happens to us right in the middle of a show at least twice...third time we give up on cable.  We rent the box.  We're now on our THIRD box with the same problem. The installer comes in & leaves with all working fine.   This is beyond maddening.  Wonder if we would have this problem with Fios?
