Bluetooth no longer working

My box will no longer pair with my speaker. It stopped about a month ago. 
I have done everything including resetting repairing etc. 

I understand this is a known issue. 
do I need to have it replaced?

Hello there,

Good morning. Thank you for reaching out to let us know this has been continuing to have problems with connection on your Bluetooth device.

I know you mentioned you have tried a couple of troubleshooting steps yourself. Can you try going to settings > device settings > audio > Bluetooth devices > and unpair the device than pair it back?
