Bluetooth Earbuds Not Audio Does Not Sync

With my Airpods my audio does not sync with the video.  I also have a consistent click going on.  With my Bose earbuds the sound syncs 50% of the time.  I've done all the system restarts, system refresh, forgettting the buds and resyncing.  Nothing has fixed this.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, @user_999795! We would be glad to help out with this. To rule it out, have you also contacted Bose to see if there are any known issues on their end? Also, do you have any other bluetooth devices that you can test, to try and replicate the issue?

@XfinityTimothy​ I haven't contacted Bose.  I have tried my Apple Airpods and they are worse plus there is this weird repeatative clicking.  I never had any of these issues with either device last spring which was the last time I connected to the Flex with Bluetooth.
