blocking of PBS Passport

I am new to PBS passport. The xfinity comcast streaming appears to be blocking Passport. The PBS or OPB tech suggests that the router or this XUMO- Xfinity might be blocking doubleclick.net which distributes the mandated sponsor ads with the Passport programs. I went to our Gateway router, but didn't find any blocked url. What I see is a continuous "circle" as if the program is trying to be downloaded.

The discussion on PBX Passport being lost has only one comment- no discussion.

Hello @user_axqtrf I am not aware of any instances of us blocking PBS passport or any webpages associated with it. But if they want you to try and check that you can report an issue at https://spa.xfinity.com/

To submit a request to have a blocked website reviewed for possible unblocking:

Select ‘Report an issue’ at the bottom of this page.
Select “I can't reach a website that I want to go to.”
Enter the full URL for the blocked site.
Provide your name and/or your organization’s name.
Enter your email address to receive a confirmation email that we've received your report.
Review the completed questions for accuracy and then select ‘Submit’.
