Bad “service”
I wonder who is in charge of this online service? They are very quick to sign up for services and charges but no when you want to cancel. I’ve been charged for EPIX but can’t get movies to play. When I tried to cancel online it indicates I do not have it although I’m definitely being charged. Chat bot is a TOTAL JOKE. and for whatever reason when I called to speak directly to a human being I had to speaK and spell my name four times before he started reading from his scripted nonsense and somehow STILL DEMANDED some type of “authorization”. WTAF?!?!?!????!!!?!?!?
