APPS-04154 still happening in 2024

hello! I'm having this issue on my Xfinity Flex box with the YouTube app, where it keeps crashing and it displays the error message APPS-04154. this only happens on my Flex, and only with the YouTube app. searched for a solution and none has been given in the three years people have been having this problem. Please help! power cycling works sometimes, but not often enough to be conclusive. there should be a permanent fix for this!

hardcase501 My team can definitely help you with your app concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
