Same issue as many on here, get above error code when trying to stream Peacock. Works fine on my phone but won’t on flex box. Comcast send 2 replacements after I chatted all day trying to figure this out, both new boxes and my existing come up with same error code. Beyond aggravating Comcast can’t figure this out

To send a "Peer to peer" message:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
