Apple TV won’t open

When I go to Apple TV on flex it loads to a black screen.  Customer service already tried resetting the flex box.  Every other app works except this one

Hey there, @user_a38615! Thank you for sharing your concerns with the Apple TV application on your Flex TV Box. That's definitely something we want to make sure gets resolved if it hasn't been yet. Are you still experiencing the black screen when attempting to launch Apple TV? If so, what other troubleshooting steps have you taken so far (beside having us send a reset signal to the equipment)? We do offer some troubleshooting steps with our Xfinity App, if you haven't checked those out yet. Ok, @user_a38615. Thanks for letting me know! Let's start there, then. What issue are you having with the Xfinity App? Do you receive an error about the password you're using, or is it something else? Also, have you tried accessing the app on various devices (different phones, tablets, etc.)?
