accidental purchase

Hi, my TV has multiple inputs and while we were on another input, one of my kids was playing with the Xfinity Flex remote and started a movie purchase.  I only realized this when my mobile was texted to confirm purchase.

Since then, I have put a purchase pin to protect against future accidental purchases.

How can I request a refund for the $20 movie I didn't want to purchase?

I appreciate you setting up the purchase PIN to make sure you don't have accidental purchases moving forward. As long as the movie was not watched, I can remove it from your purchased folder and process a refund.
